How to manage my account: settings and preferences

At the top right corner of the page is a “person” icon (next to the shopping cart). Click on the person icon and from the drop-down menu select “Account”. From your Account details page, you can change your email address or password. The other tabs allow you to view your activity on the website, log out, or close your account.

How to reset my password?

At the top right corner of the page is a “person” icon (next to the shopping cart). Click on the icon and you will see a drop down menu. Select “Account”. Next, select “Account details”. Fill in all of the boxes and select “Save Changes”.

How to see my order history?

At the top right corner of the page is a person icon (next to the shopping cart). Click on the person and from the drop-down menu select “Account”. Next, click on the “Orders” tab and you will see all your orders.

How to see my list of favorites (wish list)?

At the top right corner of the page is a “person” icon (next to the shopping cart). Click on the person and from the drop-down menu select “Favorites”. Then you will see your list.

How to earn points and view my points?

To earn points, you must be a registered user. To register click HERE. Once you are registered, make sure to log in before each purchase in order to receive points. Points will be added to your account automatically with each purchase. You can view your points by going to your account: At the top right corner of the page is a “person” icon (next to the shopping cart). Click on the person and from the drop-down menu select “Account”. From your dashboard you will see your points.

How to search for a resource?

You can search for a resource from the main page by selecting a category of resources from the “Shop by Category” section or by selecting the “Shop all Products” button under the “Shop by Category” section. You can also use the “Shop All” tab at the top of the page. There is a “search” bar at the top right corner of each page next to the shopping cart if you want to search using a specific word.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment is accepted via PayPal, either by using a PayPal account or a major credit card.

How to use a promo code?

At the top right corner of the page is a “shopping cart” icon. Once you have added an item to your cart, click on the “shopping cart” icon. You will see a box to enter a coupon code and click on “apply coupon”. If the coupon is valid, it will be added to your cart item(s).

How to download my purchase to multiple devices?

Each item will have a limited number of downloads allowed per purchase from the website. It is strongly recommended that you create a storage space on your personal computer (such as a dropbox, a folder labeled “Speech Paradise”, etc.) to use to store your downloads from this website. That way, you can use your downloaded items on any of your personal devices using a variety of sharing methods (airdrop, emailing it to yourself, etc.).

How to find a specific Seller’s shop?

To locate a vendor’s shop, you can click on the tab at the top of the page that says “Sellers”. This will take you to a list of all of our sellers and you can select the one you are looking for.

Alternatively, you can choose to “Follow” a specific seller. To follow a seller, go to their seller page/shop and click on the blue “Following” button on the top right side of the page. To find a list of Seller’s you are following, go to your Account page and click on the tab that says “Following”.

How to leave a review?

Reviews are solicited from registered users following a purchase. Speech Paradise will send an email requesting a review of your purchased item. Please take a moment to leave a review after you have purchased an item and have had time to use it.

Please remember to be respectful, polite, constructive and kind when choosing your words. We want honest reviews that will help Sellers to improve their products and Buyers to decide which products to purchase.

How to contact a Seller with questions?

To ask a Seller a specific question about a specific product, go to that product’s page. Under the title of the Product is a button to “Ask a question”. Click on this button, type in your question, and click on the “Submit” button. The Seller or a Speech Paradise representative will get back to you.

How to request a refund?

Since the products are provided digitally via download, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only considered when technical issues prevent you from downloading or opening and using a product successfully. To request a refund consideration, please use the “Contact Us” link in the footer of every page on the website or click on the link HERE. Include in your message the name of the Product that you are requesting a refund for, and a detailed description of the issue that prevented you from downloading or using the product successfully.

How to share my product with another person?

All products are made for individual use only. Sharing products with another person is not allowed. You may share a link to the product with another person and they can then purchase the product for their own personal use.

How to return a product?

Every product that is a BOOM card will have a link embedded in it that you will have to click on. The link will be clearly marked with an arrow pointing to the area to click on, which will take you automatically to the Boom Learning website and activate your purchase.
